Prenatal Partner Workshop

Join Britt and Jes for a special prenatal yoga class with your partner. The session will include community building, a Gentle Vinyasa class, education on positions to best support labor, guided meditation.

All stages of pregnancy are welcome, and anyone can come to participate, such as your spouse, family member, friend, or no partner at all; we will accommodate and welcome all!
